Everything definitely was as I expected, if not more! it was so perfect, thanks to you and jim. adam and i are back in north pole safe and sound now and we are here to stay for a while! i really hope you realize how much we appreciate everything you have done for us during this whole process, it has made it a lot less stressful for me! i love the fact that you all take over on the decorating aspect and supplying everything for me, that was amazing, especially with everything else on my mind! I wish there was something i could do to thank you for everything! you made it seem like i was working with a friend and not a company or corporation. i cant think of much that i didnt like about the whole night or the experience, if i think of anything i will let you know! and once i get the pictures i will for sure send them to you, thank you again and i will definitely be recomending you to all of my friends!!

Oh my goodness...we have a wonderful time! I don't know if that even describes how good of a time we had, and I'm pretty sure all of our guests feel the same way. You all were awesome!!! We loved all of the decorations, and the place just looked so great; we don't even know what to say other than thank you for everything! We will definitely recommend you to friends looking for a reception spot. The food was delicious - Josh says that the mashed potatoes were the best he's ever had! You were all so easy to work with, and if you keep that up, I know that you will continue to stay busy!

Just wanted to say THANK YOU for the wonderful job you did for John and Stephenie's reception. Everything was wonderful. I really appreciated that all the little things that I would have left(forgotten), you had picked up and put in a bag for me-like the kids champagne glasses, the cake knife, the video etc. John and Steph actually thought I remembered all of those things- but I couldn't lie-I told them you both did it all. Everyone had a great time, and many comments were made to Al and I about how nice everything was. Thank you for guiding us through the reception protocol.

I have heard nothing but good things about the reception. Everything met our expectations, but I expected nothing less having booked with you many times in the past. It’s gratifying to know that things will be taken care of when you have such an important event. You only get one chance to get it right, and I think we did!

The truth of it all is you did every thing right. All I here is that the hall was great the food was great and everybody had a great time. We have no complaints…..Lake Saint Louis Banquet Center did a wonderful job. Your staff was very helpful & professional. We also had so many compliments on the food. Everything was great and exceeded our expectations. You did a beautiful job decorating and thank you for taking care of the last minute flowers by putting them on the head table. The room looked incredible. We certainly will put the word out for any future events that could be held at your place.
